If on a soft surface (ie grass, dirt) a subfloor is needed. It is $1 per sq ft of subfloor

9x9 = 81 tiles ($81)
9x9 tiles with subfloor = ($162)
12x12 = 144 tiles ($144)
12x12 tiles with subfloor = ($288)

This is the DIY price. Set up and delivery is extra.
Set up is $1 per tile and $.25 sq ft. For the subfloor.
Delivery/Pick up is per mileage
